1. Grands Moulin de Conakry

A. FLOUR

Grands Moulin de Conakry (GMC), is a flour mill with a production capacity of 900 tons per day. GMC is based in Kagbelen, district of Dubreka, with 36,000 tons of wheat silos onsite and 30,000 tons of wheat silos in the port of Conakry. It extends on a land of 83,000 m2. GMC also has an Animal Feed Unit with 240 tons of daily production on Kagbelen site.

B. AGROFOOD

In 2020, GMC launched the agrofood business in Coronthie in Conakry. It extends on a land of 90,760 m2 with factories covering 56,000 m2. The factories produce 100 tons a day of seasoning cubes and 20 tons a day of seasoning sachets, 600,000 packs of noodles daily, 72 tons a day of confectionery (lollipops, candy, and chewing gum) and 84 tons a day of all types of biscuits.

2. Tafagui Tole & Fer

Tafagui Tole has several factories equipped with numerically controlled machine tools to carry out the cutting and shaping of steel coils. In 1998, Tafagui opened a factory for manufacturing roofing sheets in Conakry. Tafagui then opened another factory outside the capital in Sanoyah, in the district of Coyah. In 2015, Tafagui Fer under Tafagui Group extended its activity to the sale of iron rods, rebar, profiled and industrial steel.

3. Tafagui Import & Export

Tafagui imports and exports a range of local and international products. These include locally made brands and global brands that are made available in the African market. Local brands include Bravo and Tafagui Tole and international brands include St. Louis Sugar, Zwan and Pepsico brands.
